With two amazing vineyards going into the white Rhône blend, it almost makes my job too easy. The Denner Vineyard Viognier is picked very ripe, which allows me to capture the fragrant aromatics that I love. Notes of peach pit, orange blossom, and honey comb all hail from this Paso Robles Viognier. This also adds a bit of viscosity to the wine which makes it coat the palate and carries a long finish.  The Stolpman Vineyard Roussanne is grown in Santa Barbara County, which is a cooler climate allowing me to pick this fruit with wonderful acidity, knowing that I'm going to blend it with the Viognier. The crisp acidity of the Roussanne brings a touch of grapefruit and lemon zest to this very balanced wine. Enjoy 2017-2020
