2010 GSM
44% Grenache, 44% Syrah, 12% Mourvedre
Alta Colina and La Vista Vineyards, Paso Robles
98 cases produced

This 44% Grenache, 44% Syrah and 12% Mourvedre blend is one of my favorite wines of the vintage. As a winemaker, I love to select the components that go into a wine, and the GSM gives me the most flexibility with regard to blending.  The 2010 opens with hints of maple and brown sugar, and a very subtle cinnamon flavor.  This leads into a bit of a wet shoe-leather nose and light hints of sage with an intriguing apricot stone fruit finish.  This GSM is a blend of the amazing Alta Colina Vineyard and La Vista Vineyard, both of which are located in the limestone rich hillsides in Westside Paso Robles.

2010 Single Vineyard Designates

2010 Euphoric
100% Grenache
La Vista Vineyard, Paso Robles
98 cases produced

With bright red fruits and a rose petal aspect on the nose this wine is very intriguing and is a pleasure to experience.  There is an interesting creamy strawberry-cheesecake aroma that is complimented by hints of spice box and caramel.  This wine has a finish that seems to go forever and ends with fig, clove and cola upon gaining air in the glass.
