Nicora is a boutique winery specializing in handcrafted Rhone varietal wines. At Nicora, the quality of the fruit is an integral part of the process; thus, we source our fruit from vineyards that are both sustainable and quality-driven. Our fruit is grown in calcareous limestone-shale soils on the Westside of the Paso Robles AVA. With less than one-hundred cases made, Nicora wines are extremely limited in allocation and are available for purchase through the Nicora Wine Club.
